Pumps

As a service company we have maintained and repaired pumps of all kinds for over 30 years - independent of manufacturer or construction type. Our repair procedure is constantly being developed: e.g. new coating methods and wear-resitant materials are implemented and used. All pumps maintained and repaired by us are given thoroughly checked according to required function.

As and when required, our service staff will visit you on location, carry out any maintenance work as needed, give advice, train your employees and, if necessary, organise transportation of your power units. In our modern factory workshop the pumps are dismantled and cleaned and finally you receive a detailed photo documented analysis of the results.

This represents the basis of our service offer, the constant focus on cost efficiency, however, plays an important role. After your approval, components are reprocessed, new parts are installed (which, if possible, are made by us) and, in agreement with our customers, measurements are carried out to establish optimization of the a service life.

We check the pumps and provide you with a power unit in a condition - as good as new! If required, we install the power unit at your location. The shaft is then laser aligned and system is handed over - ready for operation.
